20-year-old Gilaki citizen from Lashtanesha (part of Rasht), arrested by security forces on 10 Bahman 1404. Severely beaten during arrest, condition so critical he was transferred to hospital under guard. Security forces preventing family visits, no transparent information about his location, medical treatment or legal proceedings.
