Shot in the chest by Islamic Republic suppressive forces in Saba Shahr area of Shahriyar during nationwide protests. Companions sought medical help at hospitals in Shahriyar and Karaj for 3 hours but hospitals refused to admit him. Suppressive forces also shot at their vehicle during this time. He died due to severity of injuries and lack of medical care. Father of a 10-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son.
