16-year-old teenager (born 1388) arrested on 19 Dey month in Gorgan city by motorcycle Basij forces. After arrest, was tortured twice which led to forced confessions. Security forces have not allowed him to contact or communicate with his family. The arrest, torture and deprivation of a teenager from family contact has increased serious concerns about his physical and mental condition and is a clear violation of the rights of detained children and teenagers.
