Kurdish porter (kolbar), father of two young children, shot directly by Islamic Republic border guard forces without prior warning while carrying goods near the border village of Baljvak in Qatur district, Khoy county. He was first wounded, then border forces approached him as he lay defenseless and wounded on the ground and fired three coup de grâce shots to his head, killing him.
