Incident Description
A Baloch citizen without an official birth certificate, from Zabol, was shot directly by Iranian border guard forces stationed at a military watchtower near the village of Pasgah-e Mollasharif in Zahak county, without any warning given. He was shot directly in the head and died instantly.
