Incident Description
Kurdish kolbar (cross-border porter) from Piranshahr, married and father of three children, killed by direct gunfire from Islamic Republic border regiment forces in the border heights of Baneh at the Hengejal border crossing. He was previously severely injured by gunfire from armed forces at the Mashkan border of Piranshahr on 23 Tir 1400.
