13-year-old boy shot in the side (with a bullet, described as 'tir') in the Elahieh area of Mashhad on Thursday, 18 Dey. The bullet was not removed from his body for about two months while he was hospitalized, and he eventually died from his injuries. His mother said the attackers may have mistaken him for a leader/ringleader and targeted him because he was chubby and large-built.
