Incident Description
Shot with three bullets by Islamic Republic agents during protests in Meimand, Fars, Tehran. The bullet hit his chest, causing severe bleeding and serious damage to his lung. According to one of Mohammad Mehdi's friends, there was no possibility of saving him due to the severity of the injury and he died in the street.
