Incident Description
25-year-old from Valiabad village in Gonbad-e Kavous. Injured by Islamic Republic government agents on the night of 18 Dey 1404, then arrested and transferred to an IRGC detention center where he was killed during detention. Was alive when transferred to detention but died as a direct result of IRGC forces' treatment during detention. His death occurred within a recurring pattern of protester suppression involving arrest, violence, and physical elimination with complete impunity for perpetrators.
