Incident Description
Former employee of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization, arrested by security forces in winter 1401, transferred from Tehran's Greater Prison to Evin Prison. Initially sentenced to 10 years in prison by Branch 26 of Tehran Revolutionary Court, but after another trial in Branch 23, sentenced to death on charges of espionage for Israel. The sentence was confirmed by the Supreme Court and executed.
