Incident Description
17-year-old from Mashhad who was wounded on Haft Tir Street. The first bullet hit his side causing bleeding but he was still alive. When bodies were transported by truck to Behesht Reza cemetery in Mashhad, they saw the boy was still alive and shot him with a finishing shot to kill him.
