Incident Description
Citizen from Ilam city arrested on 19 Dey by security forces. During arrest, forced confessions were extracted under torture. Security forces have fabricated a heavy case for this civil activist based on charges related to moharebeh (enmity against God). There is a risk of death sentence being issued.
