Incident Description
Ayet Derakhshan, originally from Sarab and residing in Islamshahr, was injured by gunfire during the protests on January 8, 2026 (18 Dey 1404). He died a week later in the hospital due to infection from the live ammunition wound. He was the father of two children, aged eleven and nine, and was buried in Islamshahr cemetery.
