Incident Description
Arrested 3 weeks prior during a raid on his home. Family had no news of him until 10 days ago when they discovered he was hospitalized at Velayat Hospital (affiliated with IRGC) in Mashhad. He was killed on Tuesday but his body was delivered today with broken hands, feet, and head. Family was threatened not to publicize information and told to think of their other son. His phone is still with intelligence services and friends say it views their stories.
