Shot 3 times in the leg by Islamic Republic government forces. Taken to Motahari Hospital but hospital refused entry. After Ali died, authorities refused to hand over his body. After 8 days and family follow-ups, with a commitment that burial is only allowed with permission, they handed over his lifeless body to the family.
